We are a UK based property company sourcing residential investment opportunities for our large Asian client base. We source land with or without planning permission, residential property portfolios, foreclosures and new build apartment buildings. We only invest in areas which have good potential for capital growth and properties which are able to provide a secure fixed income for our clients.
Some of the areas that we operate in are student housing, housing for overseas workers, housing for UK professionals, single family housing and social housing. We are able to provide a one stop solution from sourcing, legals, funding and management. Our expert partners are very experienced in their own fields and many are able to speak Mandarin. We have worked with many of the UKs largest home builders including Crosby Homes, Barrett's, Kings Oak and David Wilson Homes.
